Local Entrepreneurs to Inspire Festival-Goers
Bradley Stoke Small Business Forum is celebrating its first year of operation by offering to help residents find out more about setting up or running a business.
The Bradley Stoke Small Business Forum was set up in 2007 with help from Southern Brooks Community Partnership by local Small Business owners who wanted to share ideas and support as well as promoting the benefits of Bradley Stoke as a place to work and reside.
Free advice
On Monday June the 9th from 6.30pm they are organising an event as part of the Bradley Stoke Festival where residents can not only listen to some true life success stories but also gain invaluable free advice about how to go about starting up a business enterprise.
Forum Chairman, Nick Wood wants the event to be accessible to all. ‘When I started out with my own ideas of going it alone I felt intimidated by Business plans and advisors. We want this to be an informal event where anyone can mingle and ask questions of other residents who have got their businesses off the ground and are growing through working together.’
